The company was founded in 1978. Since its foundation, InterCard has specialised in the manufacture of customer-specific electronic and mechanical components. InterCard has been part of the OTI Group since 2000. Thanks to its complete renovation of all its manufacturing facilities between 2005 and 2007, InterCard can be said to be one of the most modern electronics manufacturing companies around today.

The Company's premises in its traditional location in Bad Dürrheim have recently been completely rebuilt as the company has been upgraded within the OTI Group. The name InterCard stands for expertise in the manufacturing of electronics, which is distinguished by efficiency, flexibility, the desire to innovate and consistently high standards of quality. Our main goals for the coming years are to achieve further growth and a constant strengthening of our competitiveness.
